DG-122A Double-headed Rotary Spark Machine, also known as rotary cold spark fountain machine, is a popular special effect device for weddings, concerts and celebration stage shows.
Equipped with double 22mm spray calibers, it adopts dual-hole infinite rotation structure to produce stunning dynamic rotating cold spark effect. The spark ejection height can reach 3~5 meters, bringing amazing moving spark fountain on stage.
It only takes 3 minutes for warm-up, greatly saving waiting time before performance. The maximum powder loading capacity is 200g for continuous spark output. This spark machine supports DMX512 and wireless remote control, allowing operators to synchronize spark effects with lights and music via stage controller.
Rated power 1300W with wide voltage AC110-240V to fit power supplies worldwide. Compact and sturdy structure, simple powder refilling and maintenance. It is a cost-effective rotary cold spark machine for event rental firms and stage planners.

Precautions

1. The flower sprayer consumes oxygen during operation, producing some odors and a small amount of dust. Please use it outdoors whenever possible.
2. If indoor use is necessary, control the duration and ensure proper ventilation.
3. Place the machine vertically and steadily on the ground, spraying upward. Do not mount it on a wall to spray forward or hang it upside down to spray downward.
4. When shutting down for recovery, perform "Material Clearing" to clean unused materials from the machine (either spray them all out or pour them out).
5. Prolonged continuous spraying may cause overheating, damaging the machine, and in severe cases, posing a risk of internal combustion.
6. Avoid continuous spraying unless necessary, and do not exceed 4 hours of standby time.
7. Power on – automatic preheating, yellow light on.
8. Upper screen – real-time temperature display.
9. Preheating complete and ready – green light on the upper screen will illuminate.
10. Abnormal condition – machine cannot operate, red light on.
11. During operation – blue light on, maximum single operation time is 40 seconds.

There are two control modes:

I. Remote control with eight buttons:

1: Single nozzle left spray

2: Single nozzle right spray

3: Dual nozzle simultaneous spray

4: Stop

5: Increase spray height

6: Decrease spray height

7: Rotation on

8: Rotation off

II. DMX console control with four channels:

Channel 1: Single nozzle left spray

Channel 2: Single nozzle right spray

Channel 3: Dual nozzle simultaneous spray

Channel 4: Rotation
